 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยของนักศึกษาจากการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน (Research-Based Learning; RBL) ในรายวิชา 230 402 สถิติและวิจัยทางการศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความรู้ทางการวิจัยของนักศึกษาภายหลังการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน และ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลที่เกิดขึ้นตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชา 230 402 ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 1 กลุ่มการเรียน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้หลักการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบประเมินทักษะการวิจัย แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ทางการวิจัย แบบประเมินการทำงานกลุ่ม แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสะท้อนผลงานและแบบประเมินตนเองเกี่ยวกับผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณเพื่อวิเคราะห์ทักษะการวิจัย ความรู้ทางการวิจัย และผลที่เกิดขึ้นตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษา โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และคะแนนมาตรฐาน T รวมถึง Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการวิจัยและผลที่เกิดขึ้นตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจรรมการเรียนรู้ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
       ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การพัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยมีการใช้ RBL ทั้ง 4 รูปแบบ คือ พัฒนาความรู้ความเข้าใจทางทฤษฎีจากผลงานวิจัย พัฒนาทักษะพื้นฐานการวิจัย พัฒนาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานจากผลงานวิจัย และพัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยโดยให้เสนอหัวข้อวิจัยเอง มีการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 วงจรปฏิบัติการ โดยวงจรที่ 1 มุ่งพัฒนาทักษะการระบุปัญหาวิจัย ส่วนวงจรที่ 2 มุ่งพัฒนาทักษะการเตรียมขั้นดำเนินการวิจัย และวงจรที่ 3-4 มุ่งพัฒนาทักษะการลงมือปฏิบัติงานวิจัย ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณาทักษะการวิจัยของนักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมพบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 75 ของคะแนนเต็ม เมื่อพิจารณาทักษะใน 3 ด้าน พบว่าทักษะการระบุปัญหาวิจัย และทักษะการเตรียมขั้นดำเนินการวิจัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 80 ของคะแนนเต็ม ซึ่งสูงกว่าทักษะการลงมือปฏิบัติงานวิจัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 75 ของคะแนนเต็ม 2) ความรู้ทาง การวิจัยของนักศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับพื้นฐานทาง การวิจัย ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และสถิติเพื่อใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นส่วนที่นักศึกษามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าด้านอื่น 3) ผลที่เกิดขึ้นตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาใน 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านความรู้ทางการวิจัย ด้านทักษะการคิด ด้านทักษะพื้นฐานในการวิจัย ด้านคุณค่าและประโยชน์ และด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การประกอบอาชีพ พบว่าสูงขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในทุกด้าน

 The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop the students’ research skill from learning activity management as Research-Based Learning; RBL in 230 402 Statistical and Research in Education, and 2) to study the students research knowledge after the learning activity management as Research-Based Learning, and 3) to compare the findings based on students’ perception, before and after learning activity management as Research-Based Learning. The samples were the fourth year students in Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, which enrolled in the course number 230 402 during the first semester of 2010 academic year, selected by purposive sampling for 1 section. The research methodology was Classroom Action Research. The instruments using in this study included: 1) the Research Skill Evaluation Forms, 2) the Research Knowledge Tests, 3) the Group Performance Evaluation Forms, 4) the Behavioral Observation Forms, 5) the Interview Forms, 6) the Reflection of Performance, and 7) the Self-Assessment Form in the Findings obtaining from the learning activity management as Research-Based Learning. The quantitative data were analyzed in order to analyze the research skill, knowledge, and occurred findings based on students’ perception. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was administered to compare the differences of skill research, and occurred findings based on students’ perception, before and after the learning activity. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. 
       The research findings found that: 1) development of research skill, all of 4 patterns of RBL was administered including: theoretical knowledge and comprehension development from research, foundation of research development, work practice skill development, and specifically the research skill development by presenting research topic themselves. The study was implemented through 4 action cycle. Cycle 1: the determination of research problem, was focused on. Cycle 2: the skill of preparation in implementation steps, was focused on, and Cycle 3-4: the practice of research, was focused on. Considering students’ overall research skill, found that the average score was 75% of full score. Considering each aspect, found that the average score of skill of determination of research problem, and the skill of preparation in implementation step, was 80% of full score which was higher than the skill of practice in research as 70% of full score. Specifically, the knowledge in foundation of research, quantitative research methodology, and statistic using for research, the students had higher level average score than the other aspects, 3) the findings occurred by students’ perception in 5 aspects including: the research knowledge, the thinking skill, the basic skill in research, the value and usefulness, and the preparation of readiness into occupation, found that there were significantly increased at .01 level in every aspect.
