เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาขององค์กรเอกชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ได้ดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุติของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2) ประเมินรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาขององค์กรเอกชน โดยการจัดประชุมกลุ่มสนทนา 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาขององค์กรเอกชน ที่โรงเรียนศรีสะเกษวิทยาลัย แล้วประเมินผล และ 4) ปรับปรุงรูปแบบจากผลการทดลอง ผลการวิจัยได้รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาขององค์กรเอกชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ที่มีความสมบูรณ์ ถูกต้องเหมาะสม ปฏิบัติได้ และสถานศึกษาได้รับประโยชน์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยคณะอนุกรรมการจากองค์กรเอกชนเข้าร่วมบริหารจัดการใน 6 ฝ่าย คือ วิชาการ งบประมาณ บริหารงานบุคคล บริหารงานทั่วไป ระดมเงินทุนเพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษา และ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลการจัดการของสถานศึกษา โดยมีการร่วมกันกำหนดหน้าที่ของแต่ละฝ่ายไว้ด้วย

  To develop the Participatory Model in the education management of the private sector of Sisaket Province.There were four steps in research procedures which were; 1) study problems of participation in education management by interview the experts in Sisaket province 2) Evaluating the Participatory Model by having group discussion. 3) Implementing the Model at Sisaket Wittayalai School. Then, evaluated the results of implementing and 4) Correcting the Model by results of implementation. The study found that this Participatory Model was complete, correct, suitable, able to be implemented, and useful. There are six committee Which private sector participation involved in management. Such as academic, budgets, personnel management, Administration, Raising funds to develop education and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of schools management. They must share the responsibilities of each party.
