  In the past Medical media for Medical student from foreign text book or import from other countries to teach each as glass slide painting and fim 70 millimeters and illustration and other media to apply in medical media to make medical student understand complex detail easily support their e-learning better. Nowaday Medical media have pioneered and developed people produce medical media to support teaching diagnose, and publish in medical science. To date back the past Medical photography, the doctor took photograph by himself which photograph was not good quality. In addition he diagnose and took a photograph also with obstrucle in his working. So department was built and called medical illustrator or medical photographer to who had and important in his role of photographer to do his duty. Their was another photographer who was known in the limit area they were specialist and few people were known they were known train to understand in basic medical science the photographer in this few teach in Bachelor and master degree at North America Canada and USA in the Asia had openel in only Japan and in Thailand their were two places Faculty of Medicine opened in the fist places on 1957 (2500) at Department of Anatomical which was built Professor Sood Seangwichien M.D. and other to doctor namely Vice Professor Nanthawan Brombhalin M.D. and Vice Professor Sapha Limpanichkarn M.D. who graduated in Medical Illustrator and Art as Applied to Medicine from Illinois University and John Hopkins in USA. Another place was opened to teach the same curriculum the fist place in Thailand which was at Department of Anatomical Khonkhean University the old student from the main institute pioneered vocation Medical illustration.
