Abstract :
The purposes of this research were to study the resignation and the resignation cost of nurse Srinagarind
Hospital, Khon Kaen Province the data analysis of such percentage, mean and standard deviation as its statistic tools
and Logistic Regression Analysis as its statistic analysis method The result of this study was shown that age, routine
working, wage and benefit, centralization, communication and career opportunity were the vital factors affecting the
tendency of nurse turnover in Srinagarind Hospital, Khonkaen Province. The resignation cost of nurse was 5,823.18
baht per person and the total resignation cost of nurse was 1,276,266.46 Baht.
